The game is setup a little bit differently for each player amount.

1. DEAL TILES

4 Players:

1. Place all tiles face down on the table and shuffle them.

2. Deal 22 tiles to each player.

3 Players:

1. Take the five 1-tiles aside.

2. Place the rest of the tiles facedown to the table and shuffle them.

3. Remove one random tile from the shuffled tiles return it to the box without looking which one it is.

4. Shuffle the 1-tiles facedown into the rest of the tiles.

5. Deal 29 tiles to each player.

2 Players:

1. Place the five 1-tiles faceup in five rows to the middle of the table.

2. Place the rest of the tiles facedown to the table and shuffle them.

3. Deal 30 tiles to each player.

4. Return the remaining 23 tiles to the box without looking which ones they are.

2. PREPARE TILES

Each player, place a screen in front of them and hides all their tiles behind it.

Flip all tiles face up so that only you can see your tiles.

Hint: For ease of play, you can sort the tiles by color and sets of runs.

3. REVEAL 1-TILES (3-4 PLAYERS ONLY)

Each player reveals any 1-tiles they have and places them on the middle of the table to create five rows.
