Can Satsuki get two meals at the Inn?
No.
She can receive one for free from the Meal cards pile, or instead purchase one following the usual rules.
How many souvenir cards can I buy?
1 or more
Are there limits to the number of Souvenirs I can purchase at a Village?
No
You can buy as many Souvenirs as you can afford from the three cards you draw.
If two players have even points when scoring, what does the 3rd player get?
The third player gets the "second place". So for example: if the points distributed are 10/7/4/2 - first and second player are tied and both get 10 points. The third player then gets 7 points, and so on. No value is skipped.

No
There is no limit to the number of cards you can hold, including Souvenirs, Panoramas, and Encounter cards.

If you don't have enough coins to purchase a Meal at an Inn, you simply skip the Meal and proceed without penalty.

You can move your traveler to any unoccupied space ahead, but remember, the player farthest behind always takes the next turn.

Arriving last at an Inn can be advantageous, while you choose your Meal last you are the first one to leave.

Yes
In games with 4 or 5 players, double spaces allow two travelers to occupy the same location. The first traveler occupies the space on the road, and the second occupies the branching space.

Are Meal cards drawn at the first and last Inn?
Meal cards are not drawn at the first Inn. However, at the last Inn, Meal cards are drawn, and each traveler has the opportunity to purchase a Meal.
If two travelers are on a double space, who moves first?
The traveler on the second space, which branches off from the road, moves first, as it is considered to be farther behind. This follows the same rule as arrivals and departures at an Inn.
When are double spaces used, and how do they work?
Double spaces are used only in games with 4 or 5 players. The first traveler to arrive occupies the space on the road, while the next traveler takes the second space branching off from it.

When I add a card to my collection, will it be face up or face down?
All cards acquired during the journey are placed face up.
Are Villages the same as Shops?
Tokaido interchangeably uses the terms “Village” and “Shop”–they are the same. In the Stonemaier version, only the terem “Shop” is used.
Can I stop at a Panorama location if I already have the Panorama completed?
No.
