Are Yarn Bowl contents public knowledge?
The contents of your yarn bowl are not considered hidden information.
What should you do if you need to refill the Yarn Bazaar but the Yarn Deck is empty?
Just shuffle up the discard pile and use it to replace the Yarn Deck.
What size sleeves work with the game?
The project, yarn, and event cards are 70 x 70 mm.
The project cards are 63 x 41 mm.
If the player who has been given the cat (“Tangled Cat”) turns up “Craft Circle” during the restock phase, at the end of the turn in which they couldn’t craft, are they still unable to craft?
No
That darned cat!
How exactly does the color specialist work?
Color Specialist: They can ignore the color rules completely. For example: if ya usually need 2 blue, 1 green to make your mittens you can instead just use 3 purple or 1 each of Orange, Red and Yellow or whatever combination of 3 yarn you'd like to use.
Can I take actions in any order?
Yes
So for example, you could craft before you took the yarn cards, provided you already had the required yarn.

Does the two of any color card give you: 2 of any 1 color OR 2 of any colors?
Two of ANY colors. So you could go for a classic like 1 Red, 1 Blue. Or 1 Green, 1 Orange.
When the Craft Circle event card is drawn, can the Color Specialist use their special action?
Yes
It allows each player to take a single standard craft action.
What happens if you run out of item tokens of one type?
There's no limit on item tokens. If you run out of a certain token type it's perfectly ok to use something else to represent it and you can still create those items.
What happens if the Yarn deck runs out?
Just shuffle up the discard pile and use it to replace the Yarn Deck.

When do you complete Special Requests?
Special Requests are completed using a single Craft action during your Action Phase. But crafting during action phase and completing them during Restock Phase should work the same.

When multiple events are pulled in the restock phase, is there a specific order they are resolved in?
No
You fill the bazaar and then resolve any cards that are not yarn cards, in any order.
