Each player chooses a color and takes the Penguin figure and the ID card of that color.

The youngest player goes first.

At the beginning of the game, no one has their Penguin on the board yet. At the start of their very first turn of the game, each player must place their Penguin on the starting spot, before taking 2 flicks. After their first turn, each player flicks their Penguin from its current location.
