The game ends in one of two ways:

1. A player achieves a Successful Climb from level 9. This player is the first to successfully escape the snake pit and thus wins the game instantly. If the Treasure was still available (DIZED pin), the winner gets to keep it!

2. After all Snake Cards have been revealed, a final round begins and all players (including the one who was the last to reveal a Snake Card) get one final attempt to try a successful climb. If no player wins the game in the final round, the snake pit has defeated everyone.
