Next, beginning with the starting player and proceeding clockwise, each player places their balloon set on their player board.

All balloon sets must:

» stay in the same order (but may be rotated)

» have at least 1 balloon touching the bottom row of your player board

» fit completely inside the grid on your player board without covering other balloons

» follow the placement rules on the card you played
