Begolas doesn't want to Pass just yet, but then he must play an Orclympian.
Because the Competition is of Speed, Dwarves and Djinns can't be Entered.
However, Begolas has only 2 Djinn and 3 Dwarves left in hand, so he has no choice and must Pass.
