Deal out the colored number cards (voting cards) to each player so they have 1-4 of the same color and shape.

Players will keep their voting cards in hand or face down so the other players do not see the numbers.

Return any voting card sets you don't need to the box.

The rest of the cards are Heebie Jeebies…

Shuffle them and place them in a deck.

You're now ready to play and get realllllllly uncomfortable.
