Is there a tie breaker rule?
Do I lose used bidding tokens?

No.
Each peacock is scored separately. Bids don't get mixed in the scoring.

No.
All Feather cards are shuffled together and only then do they get dealt out to the players.

No.
The won cads are always kept by the peacock, form which the winning card came.

No.
All bids are placed simultaneously, if you have chosen fast, then you should wait for other players to choose.

The first played card into the trick an be any card, regardless of its color of number.

The played cards are compared by the numbers, only if no Trump colored cards were played.
