Can the Dealer grab the Pigasus and point out a pair?
Yes.
The Dealer is also participating in the game. They only are revealing the cards, but follow the same rules of play as everybody else.
Can the Dealer reveal more than 1 card at a time?

No.
The Dealer chooses the speed in which to reveal the cards, but revealing the cards one at a time.
If I have touched the Pigasus, but haven't fully grabbed it, do I still suffer the penalty?
Yes.
Slightly touching the Pigasus is automatically assigning the penalty to a player.
Does a pair always feature two different colored animals?
Can there be more than 1 pair to each of the animals?

Can somebody else except the Dealer reveal the cards?
No.
Only the Dealer is revealing the cards, but the role can change.
