During the Red penguins turn, they have not completely passed through a door with a Fish token above it and so it can't be collected.

At the beginning of the Red penguin's next turn, they will be able to choose to move their penguin to a red line in that room, where the penguin can be seen, if looking from above.

If the Red penguin player chooses to make a flick while being stuck in a door, they won't receive a Fish token as they haven't completely passed through a door.
