Take two info cards out of the deck. All other cards are pre-sorted and must not be shuffled!

Take out one of the card decks. For a 4-6 player game, count out 15 sets of 3 cards from the taken deck and place them on the table, separate from one another. For a 7-8 player game, you will need 16 sets.

Any remaining cards are returned back to the box.
