While playing with children, to make the it easier for them, use this variant:

Ignore rolled Special Symbols - for example: if a player rolls a Horse and a Special Symbol, the player can turn ANY Horse Face down or flip any Horse Face up, without remembering its Color.

If both Special Symbols are rolled, players can choose to turn ANY Animal Tile Face down or flip ANY Animal Tile Face up, without requiring to remember the Color or the Animal on the Tile.
