In Tokyo Sidekick players work together defending the city of Tokyo from the evil Menace and its henchmen.

Players first have to deal with all Villains and Supervillains that are wreaking havoc in the city, creating Incidents, damaging the city and the players.

Once enough Villains and Supervillains are defeated and players are powerful enough, they will be ready to take on the Menace itself!

And in the process players need to pay attention to the Incidents happening in the city, how much damage it might take and not take too much damage themselves.
