After all Racers have taken a Movement Turn, the Racer closes to the Finish Line gains 2 Fans. If that Racer is off the Track, the closest Racer to the Finish Line that is not off the Track gains the Fans instead.

Once resolved, begin a new Round with a new Event Phase.
